Organising Committee
The Justice for All Series has been delivered through the combined efforts of a small but committed organising group, bringing together experience from across the legal, civic, academic and business communities.
The series is convened by Robert Hughes-Penney, whose leadership has shaped both its direction and its intent, ensuring that each event remains grounded in the practical realities of the justice system.
He is supported by Mark Lucraft, whose role has been central in anchoring the series within the Central Criminal Court and maintaining a clear connection to the day to day administration of justice.
The organising committee also includes contributions from partners across research, education and delivery. RAND Europe has acted as research partner to the series, providing independent analysis to inform each theme and strengthen the evidence base behind discussions.
Delivery has been supported by the team at CS-GB CIC and the TechStart programme, who have been responsible for the operational planning and execution of each event, from convening speakers to managing attendance and stakeholder engagement.
The series has also benefited from the guidance and involvement of senior figures across the City, academia and industry, including representatives from the judiciary, legal profession, business community and third sector. Their contribution has ensured that the series reflects a broad range of perspectives while remaining focused on practical outcomes.
This collective approach has been essential. The complexity of the issues being addressed requires not only expertise, but coordination across sectors. The organising committee reflects that principle in practice.
